Staying at Rye Lodge is always an enjoyable experience at any time of the year. The surroundings are elegant, the atmosphere relaxed - and the service second to none! The hotel occupies what many feel is the finest location in this lovely Ancient Town of the Cinque Ports. Perched on the East Cliff with panoramic views across the Estuary and the Romney Marshes, yet close to the High Street with its quaint old shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants and within 'a stones throw' of the Landgate, an ancient monument built in 1326 as the Entrance to the town and still standing to this day but a few steps from Rye Lodge. Virtually the whole town within the Citadel is a conservation area designated as of historical interest. Rye is one hour by car from Dover and Canterbury. London is just one and a half hours away.
The Venetian Leisure Centre opened in 2000. Rye Lodge Hotel is the only hotel in the town which has its own leisure centre. Facilities include: heated indoor swimming pool, aromatherapy steam cabinet, sauna, spa bath and exercise cycle. All the facilities in the Venetian Leisure Centre are free of charge and are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Rye Lodge Hotel.

Standard rooms are comfortably furnished and have either en suite shower or toilet, or private bathroom. Standard rooms are usually situated at the back of the hotel on the first floor and have views of the old Monastery and town.
This fabulous 2 night minimum stay is based on a Deluxe double room inclusive of dinner on the first night, champagne and a drive out in a Rolls Royce for afternoon tea! Available throughout the year for an excellent rate! Please note room upgrades are available subject to availability and small charge!
On entering Rye follow town centre signs past Rye station. After about 1/4 mile still following signs for the town centre, you will pass through The Landgate (an historical monument), then after about 100 yards you will find the Rye lodge on your right hand side. An unmissable building with red brick and green and white striped window blinds.
